THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is pathetic, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so angry that I imagined I'd purchased something functional instead.
